From my childhood sachin is what defined cricket for me! i dont think i will be intersted in cricket anymore 90% of cricket i watched till now was to see him play!( not that anyone cares but just sharing my feeling).

Now even i understood why this was called YUGAS end.Now there is no era in ODI.

  13. dilchahtahai1000 says:

don’t bother what others think about Sachin….. But for me the GOD of cricket has retired….. I have grown up seeing Sachin batting and fighting for INDIA… It’s natural for humans to look at the darker side of a story and pointing mistakes…. but for me nobody in the past and none in future can match his AROMA…. Those who are pointing his poor form should remember that it’s a phase of every one’s career life….. Anyway Let’s us see and hope that if we can get any new SACHIN……….

  14. pavancool29 says:

We all r going to miss this legend.Feeling sad he took retirement. To those bastards who say this all time great plays for records then he had only one century and four half centuries for a unique record that is fifty centuries and 100 50’S in ODI.

  15. youcantwrestle says:

ok , i respect your opinion bcz u hv backed it up well but its 2013 (in a few days anyway) so he needs to consider his age factor also, in past he may hv proved ppl wrong but now he doesnt need to, jst needs to stop exhausting the young cricketers skills and let them in th team.

  16. pakatg says:

there was talks of sachin retiring after the 2003 wc itself but see sachin has played almost 10 years more.than there were talks when india’s exit in 2007 wc but that sachin made even a stronger comeback so u never know with this man.he is just great

  17. pakatg says:

do u believe that a young batsman will do wonders cmon chances have been given to suresh raina virat kohli, murali vijay nd many more but nobody has been consistent,i know that these guys r talented nd needs some time to do well at test level but at the moment we have only sachin who is near retirement all others r gonna be there in the team for next few yrs say sehwag, dhoni etc so replacing sachin wont change much nd hence he has got a well deserved time to make a comeback as he has done before

  18. pakatg says:

to vvs laxman because he wanted the strike nd this is the second instance.so in a 23 yr long career this is negligible

  19. pakatg says:

yes sachin slowed down when he was near his hundred because the media and all of us created a lot of hype about that hundred which made things difficult for sachin nd also every opposition when sachin came close to getting a century gave more emphasis on getting sachin out rather than winning a match so that added an extra pressure.but i have followed sachin closely nd in his whole career i have seen this only twice once in test matches against australia where he denied taking a single continue

  20. pakatg says:

dude dont just give me that example atleast because in that match even virat kohli played a relatively slow innings,nd after the match virat said that it was difficult to bat at that time nd we thought that it was a gud total.nd i beleive the same because if u cant defend 286 against bangladesh then u will need 400+ against australia nd southafrica nd still u might lose.so it was a game lost by bowlers.286 was a gud enough total for bangladesh.still i dont disagree with u completely continued

  21. youcantwrestle says:

In test cricket also his average in 2012 is only 21 . If he wasnt selfish he would have let another young batsman take his place for team’s sake! Thats how he is selfish. .

  22. youcantwrestle says:

i take it that his runs would be added in team’s total. But by selfish it is meant that he scores those runs with a strike rate which suits him not the strike rate required to put india in a comfortable position. For eg; his slow 100th century in Bangladesh where india should have made 300+ runs to be safe on that wicket, not to mention Bangladesh won that match. LOL

  23. youcantwrestle says:

and i reckon thats the only 200 he’s made outside india? anyhow Sydney cricket ground is the only venue in Australia where wicket isnt fast and bouncy . LOL

  24. Yash Baghel says:

    WATCH HIS 241 IN AUSTRALIA

  25. Yash Baghel says:

first of all see siddhu’s experience with SACHIN available on YouTube then say anything
